How to Create a Menu

This article explains how to generate and manually create a menu in the Admin Portal.

Generate a Menu

  1. Go to Items & Orders > Menu in the Admin Portal.

  2. Click + Add menu in the Generate menu box.

  3. Set the menu availability.

  4. A menu will be automatically generated, with products organised into different menu tabs based on their category.

  5. Name your menu.

  6. To manually add menu items:

    • Click and drag products from the right into vacant menu slots.

  7. Click + Add menu tab to create more tabs. The order of the tabs can be adjusted by clicking and dragging them.

  8. Tick Publish To POS, and if required Publish To Table Ordering.

  9. Click Save.

Manually Create a Menu

  1. Go to Items & Orders > Menu in the Admin Portal.

  2. Click + Add menu in the Manually create menu box.

  3. Set the menu availability.

  4. Name your menu.

  5. Click + Add menu tab to create tabs. The order of the tabs can be adjusted by clicking and dragging them.

  6. To add menu items:

    • Click and drag products from the right into vacant menu slots.

  7. From the pop-up box, name the menu tab and select its background colour.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Tick Publish To POS, and if required Publish To Table Ordering.

  10. Click Save.
