Understanding user roles

DoAutomate offers four user roles, each with different levels of access:

  • Admin
    Full access. Admins can:

    • Manage subscriptions

    • Connect/manage your MCC account

    • Manage users

    • Create audits

    • Apply optimizations

  • Manager
    Managers can:

    • Manage users

    • Create audits

    • Apply optimizations

  • Media Buyer
    Media Buyers can:

    • Create audits

    • Apply optimizations

  • Disabled
    No access. The user is blocked from entering your agency workspace. They will still be able to log in but will see a notice that their access is disabled

Note:
Keep in mind, when you add another user as an Admin, they have full control - including the ability to disable your account, manage financial information, and even close down the agency account. Proceed with caution.
