All cancellation policies on Dockwa are set by the marina (marina-specific), not by Dockwa itself.
Here's how to find the policy for the marina you're interested in:
Go to Dockwa and search for the marina you plan to book at. You can also go directly here: https://dockwa.com/search
Click on the marina to view their profile.
Scroll down to the Info section of the profile.
Click the “Cancellation Policy” link — this opens the marina’s policy.
The same policy is also shown during the booking process on the “Agree to Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service” step. You must agree to the terms and policies before you can submit your reservation request.
Please note: Cancellation policies vary depending on the marina. Always review each marina's policy carefully before booking.
