Reservation Statuses
Status | What It Means | Next Step |
Pending | Your request has been sent to the marina and is awaiting their review. | Wait for marina approval, or cancel/rebook if you need to change details. |
Waitlisted | The marina cannot immediately confirm, but you’ve been added to their waitlist. | Wait for an update from the marina. |
Confirmed | The marina has approved your request and your reservation is secured. | Prepare for your stay. Contact the marina directly if you need to make adjustments. |
Completed | Your stay has already taken place. | No action needed. |
Expired | The marina did not confirm your request before the scheduled arrival time/date. | Submit a new reservation request or contact the marina directly. |
Canceled | The reservation was canceled by you or the marina. | Submit a new reservation if you still need a booking. |
Declined | The marina reviewed your request but was unable to accommodate it. | Consider booking alternative dates or a different marina. |
⚠️ Please note: A Pending reservation is not yet confirmed. You’ll receive a Dockwa email and, if you use the Dockwa mobile app with notifications turned on, a push notification once the marina has approved and confirmed your reservation request.
💻 On Dockwa.com (Web)
Log in to your Dockwa account.
Select Trips from the top right section, or go directly to dockwa.com/account/trips
Find your reservation and check the status displayed on it.
📱 On the Dockwa App
Open the Dockwa app and ensure you are logged in.
Tap the Trips icon (calendar) at the bottom of the screen.
Review your reservations. Each one shows its current status.
