Why can't I find my reservation?

How reservation statuses affect visibility and steps to locate your reservation in your Dockwa account

Any reservation made on the Dockwa website or Dockwa App should appear in your account under Trips. Instructions on how to view your reservations can be found here: View Requested and Past Reservations


Reservation Statuses

Reservations in Dockwa may have different statuses, which affect where they are displayed:

  • Pending โ€“ Your request has been submitted and is awaiting review by the marina.

  • Confirmed โ€“ Your request has been approved by the marina.

Understanding these statuses will help you locate your reservations more easily.


Common Scenarios

  • Confirmed but Missing
    If you booked online through Dockwa, received a confirmation email, but still cannot find your reservation in your account, please submit a Dockwa Support ticket here.
