Reservation Statuses
Reservations in Dockwa may have different statuses, which affect where they are displayed:
Pending – Your request has been submitted and is awaiting review by the marina.
Confirmed – Your request has been approved by the marina.
Understanding these statuses will help you locate your reservations more easily.
Common Scenarios
Confirmed but Missing
If you booked online through Dockwa, received a confirmation email, but still cannot find your reservation in your account, please submit a Dockwa Support ticket here.
