How to change your password if you're already signed in to Dockwa. You’ll need to know your current password to use this method.
Steps to Change Your Password
On Dockwa.com (Desktop)
Log in to Dockwa.
Go to My Account → Login & Security.
In the security panel, choose Change password.
Enter your current password, then your new one, and save.
Your new password takes effect immediately everywhere you use Dockwa — web and the mobile app. From the same page you can also see your active sessions and sign out of other devices, add multi-factor authentication, or set up a Passkey.
From a Mobile Web Browser or Android App
Log in to Dockwa through your mobile browser or Android app.
Tap your Name/Initial in the top-right section.
Go to My Account → Login & Security.
In the security panel, choose Change password.
Enter your current password, then your new one, and save.
In the Dockwa Mobile App (iOS Only)
Launch the Dockwa app on your iPhone or iPad and log in.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right.
Scroll down and select Change Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
Tap Change Password to update your password.

Use a strong, unique password that you don’t use on multiple sites.
Update your password periodically for better security.
If you’re using a password manager, don’t forget to update the stored password after changing it in Dockwa.
