To get started with Dockwa, you’ll first need to create an account using a valid email address.
If you see this error when trying to sign up for Dockwa: “1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Email has already been taken” it means there’s already an existing Dockwa account with that email address. Please log in using that email instead.
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
💻 Create Your Account Using a Web Browser
Go to dockwa.com and click Sign Up (or start a reservation or inquiry — we'll create your account along the way).
On our secure signup page, enter your email address and choose how you'd like to sign in: a password, a Passkey (Face ID / fingerprint), or one-time email codes.
Optionally add multi-factor authentication for extra security — you can always do this later under My Account → Login & Security.
Verify your email if prompted, accept the Terms of Service, add your phone number, and you're in.
Booked with us before as a guest? If your email is already in our system, just use Forgot password or sign in with an email code to claim your account — no need to create a new one.
📱 Create Your Account Using the iOS App
Open the Dockwa app on your iPhone.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap the blue "Log In or Sign Up" button.
Tap "Sign Up" in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Enter the required fields:
First and Last Name
Valid email address
Phone number
A secure password (minimum of 8 characters)
Tap "Sign Up" to complete your registration.
