To get started with Dockwa, you’ll first need to create an account using a valid email address and phone number.
If you see this error when trying to sign up for Dockwa: “1 error prohibited this user from being saved: Email has already been taken” it means there’s already an existing Dockwa account with that email address. Please log in using that email instead.
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
💻 Create Your Account Using a Web Browser
Visit the Dockwa Sign-Up Page
Go to dockwa.com/signup or click Sign Up from the homepage.
Enter Your Information
You’ll need:A valid email address you can access
A phone number
A secure password (minimum of 8 characters)
*Be sure to type the password in exactly the same in both fields.
Once all fields have been completed, click the "Sign Up" button.
📱 Create Your Account Using the iOS App
Open the Dockwa app on your iPhone.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap the blue "Log In or Sign Up" button.
Tap "Sign Up" in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Enter the required fields:
First and Last Name
Valid email address
Phone number
A secure password (minimum of 8 characters)
Tap "Sign Up" to complete your registration.
