How to Update Your Email Address On:
Desktop, Mobile Web Browser, or Android App:
Navigate to dockwa.com and log in.
Click your Name/Initials in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Select Personal Info or go directly here: https://dockwa.com/account/settings/personal_info
Update your email address and click Update Profile to save.
iOS App:
Open the Dockwa app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
Tap Edit Profile.
Enter your new email address.
Tap Save to confirm.
Troubleshooting
Error Message: “This email is already in use”
The email is already linked to another Dockwa account.
Try logging in with that email instead. If you forgot the password, use the Reset Password option on the login screen.
