If the card saved in your Dockwa account has been replaced or compromised, you’ll need to update your payment details. You can do this anytime through your online Dockwa account.
Update Expiration Date Only
Find the card that needs updating and click Edit.
Update the expiration date.
Click Update Card to save.
Update Expiration Date and Security Code
If you also need to update your card’s CVC/security code:
If you see the option to Delete, remove the card and then click Add New Card to re-enter your updated card information.
If the card is tied to active or future reservations:
Click the Change link next to the card.
Re-enter all of your credit card details.
Click Update Payment Method to save.
Important Notes
You can only update payment methods for active reservations through the Dockwa website.
This feature is not available in the Dockwa App.
Keeping your payment information up to date ensures that your reservations and contracts process smoothly.
