How to Change the Credit Card or Checking Account on a Reservation:
On a Desktop (Dockwa.com)
Log in to your Dockwa account.
Click on Trips in the upper right section or go directly here: https://dockwa.com/account/trips
Use the tabs to select Reservations or Contracts.
Click on the reservation or contract you want to update.
Scroll down to Payment Method and click Change.
Choose one already saved to your account or Manage Payment Methods to add a new payment method.
Click Update to save.
In the Dockwa Mobile App (iOS Only)
Open the Dockwa app and log in.
Tap the Trips icon at the bottom of the screen.
Use the tabs to select Reservations or Contracts.
Tap the reservation you’d like to update.
Scroll down to Payment Method and tap Change.
Add a new payment method or select an existing saved payment method.
On a Mobile Browser or Android App
Log in to your Dockwa account.
Click on your Name/Initial in the top right and select Trips. https://dockwa.com/account/trips
Use the tabs to select Reservations or Contracts.
Click on the reservation or contract you want to update.
Scroll down to Payment Method and click Change.
Choose one already saved to your account or tap Manage Payment Methods to add a new payment method.
Click Update to save.
