Change your Credit Card on a Reservation

A lot of things can go wrong with a transaction, which is why we have added a feature to allow boaters to change the card listed on all current and future reservations at any time. If you ever find that you need to change the card listed on a reservation, please follow the instructions below to adjust the payment method.

  1. Navigate to your Account's Credit Cards

  2. Select "Change Card" in blue beneath the Active Card (Screenshot below)

  3. Select the card you wish to use or select the "Add a New Card" button

  4. Click "Update Payment Method"

Please note that if your payment failed previously, following the steps above will automatically retry the new payment method for only the amount that is due.
