Assignments do not get communicated automatically to the customers, without additional configuration of your automated emails.
We do offer the ability to send slip assignments automatically through our Dockwa subscription offerings that include Automated and Branded Emails
You can of course always manually message a boater through our Chat tools and communicate this and other information as needed.
