To cancel your account, speak to our support team using the chat icon at the bottom of the screen; we'll execute your request within a few hours. 

If you have a couple of minutes to spare, we'd appreciate a chance to ask a few questions about your experience with Opteo, why you're choosing to leave, and how we could improve our product.

Note that we don't reply to messages or emails on Friday after 5pm (London time) or during the weekend, so your request may only be attended to on Monday. Rest assured, if you get billed between the time you ask for a cancelation and our reply, we will reimburse you immediately.
