How to View Your Role as an Admin

There are a few ways to find and view your role logged out.

Option 1. Using the Admin Portal

  1. Go to admin.doit.life
    This URL is specific for admin access.

  2. Go to activities - Click the activities tab and the activity you wish to view and click the three dot options. Click share - Copy and paste the opportunity link into an incognitio mode

  3. View the opportunity

Option 2. Using the Main App

  1. Visit app.doit.life

  2. Sign in with your admin email and password.

  3. Use the search bar and filters to locate your role:

    • Enter your location

    • Enter keywords (e.g. opportunity or organisation name)

    • Make sure to select:

      • “Ongoing roles”

      • “In person”
        This ensures ongoing roles appear in your results.

Option 3. Shortcut on your admin menu

  1. Click Menu

  2. Select “Go to my volunteer area.”

  3. Sign in with your email and password.

  4. Enter your location and click Search.

  5. Apply filters to find your role:

    • Ongoing roles

    • In person
