Step 1. Create an account or sign in and follow the link via the Big help out website
Step 2. If creating a new account fill in the information about the organisation and reference in the name UK (as the platform currently only accepts unique names) to help reduce duplication of accounts!)
Add admins if required by entering their email! And then mark the terms and conditions and enter into your new dashboard!
Once here you will see your activities tab and if you look on the left hand side there is a tab called org settings
Click on org settings and click ecosystems
Click new ecosystem and fill in the information
Name
Description
Private / public
Add your Logo and then add the BHO app
Click create ecosystem button
Click "got it" and go back to members
Click add member green button on right hand side
Click child org, this gives you permissions to see applications and volunteer opportunities
Click the newly created ecosystem and then tick The Big help out 24
Select the default permissions
Compost a title and message and add a brand colour
Click invite and share link and this is the link you can share with your groups!
If you want to get it or find it go to members Pending invites and you can find it my scrolling down to the bottom and click options and copy link
Share the link with your group and they will recieve an invite link that looks similar to this
They then see a similar dashboard and on your admin dashboard once they are connected you can see their details and any applications or opportunities created by clicking options and view.
