Access the Event/Opportunity/Team Event: Log in and click activities tab on the right hand side. Scroll down to the bottom and you should see a list of all your activities.
Locate the Event: Click the activity you need(if you have more than 10 you need to use the 1 out of 2 page pagination selector.
3. Edit Mode: Once you've found the event, there should be an option to edit it. Look for buttons or links labeled "Edit activity" with the box and a pencil icon indicating the ability to make changes. Click options and click edit in the drop down.
4. Make Changes: Click on the edit option, and you'll be taken to the form where you can modify the event details. Common fields you might be able to edit include:
Event Name: Change the name of the event if necessary.
Date and Time: Adjust the date and time of the event as needed.
Location: Update the venue or online platform where the event will take place.
Description: Edit the event description to provide updated information or correct any errors.
Participants: Modify the list of people involved in the event, if applicable.
Other Details: Depending on the nature of the event, there may be additional fields you can edit, such as event type, tags, or apply via URL!
The only thing you can´t change on events, is if it´s a team event or an individual event. Everything else good to go!
5. Save Changes and hit publish: After making the necessary edits, be sure to save your changes. This involves clicking the "Publish" button again, there isn´t a save button. It should save your changes when you move back and forth but to be on the safe side make sure to hit publish after your changes!
6. Confirmation: Once you've saved your changes, you should receive confirmation pop up that the edits have been successfully applied. Review the event details again to ensure everything looks correct!
If you have opportunities from BHO and DoIT 2023 there is an issue with editing them at the moment, not to worry we are fixing it!
