On July the 14th 2021, there was an update on the Dokeos XLMS portal. We detail in this article all the elements pushed in production.
Corrections
Minor corrections on design
Correction on Edusign integration
Correction on Reminders email that used subscription date instead of start date of participation
Correction on the time_spent that displayed some minutes even though the training was not yet started by learner
Correction of a bug on the completion/failure of an assessment module that prevented learner from redo evaluation
Correction of a bug on the Learning Path when adding/deleting/reordering courses inside
Correction of a "blank page" bug when editing a course
Correction of the alphabetical/numerical order on the training list

Adding of the "Attestation" column on the learner reporting page to make attestations downloadable
Adding of the first and last name of the learner in the file name of the certificate downloaded on reporting pages
Sending OPCO reporting by email
Adding of the "Progression" "Score" "name of (sub)portal" in OPCO reporting
Adding of the display choice for "Audio" and "Video" media on Card step in learning modules
Adding the Presence call to give presence and score to a learner on a Presence/Webinar session through API

Multi-Sco integration
If you are already using the SCORM technology on our LMS, you know that it was not possible to use multi-SCORM. This technology "Multi-sco" is now available on your portal !New technology for Dokeos LIVE
If you have subscribed to the "Dokeos LIVE" option that gives you virtual rooms for webinar sessions on the portal, you'll notice that we changed the tool. The new technology used will offer to your trainers and speakers a virtual space efficient, secure and reliable to teach their classes.
