To ensure the security of our platform, it is necessary to provide certain documents to confirm your identity and the identity of the company you represent. Here is the full list:

📁 Required Documents

  • Articles of Incorporation (Certificate of Formation)
    Document that certifies the legal formation of your company.

  • Articles of Incorporation with Ownership Details (Operating Agreement)
    This should include the percentage of shares owned by each shareholder.

  • Updated Articles of Incorporation
    If there have been any changes in the shareholders.

  • Official Identifications
    For all owners with more than 25% of shares.

  • Tax Status Certificate (Tax ID)
    An official document that includes the Tax Identification Number.

  • Proof of Address
    Example: Utility bills or recent bank statements.

  • Source of Funds Proof
    Accepted examples:

    • Annual ISR (Income Tax) declaration submitted to the SAT.

    • Contracts with investors.

    • Recent bank statements.


Requirements for Documents to Be Valid

  • Notarization:

  • Accountant's Signature:
