Documents that you need to create and set up your DolarApp Business Account

Always with a view to keeping our platform as secure as possible, there will be a series of documents that we will request to confirm your identity, and that of the company you are representing.

  1. * Certificate of Formation.

  2. * Certificate of Formation, document that expresses the % of shares of each owner (Operating Agreement).

  3. Updated Operating agreement in case of ownership change (Acta Constitutiva actualizada en caso de cambio de accionistas ).

  4. * Official ID of all the owners with >25% of shares (Official ID).

  5. * Proof of Tax Status (Document with Tax ID #)

  6. * Proof of Address (Proof of Address)

  7. Source of Funds (Source of Funds; Ex. Annual Tax Return, Investment Agreements, Bank Statements) *Proof of Address (Proof of Address)

For the documents to be valid we need:

  1. When possible, they must be signed before a notary public.

  2. When required, the accountant's signature must be present and the accountant's registration number.)

  3. When required, it must be in the SAT (or IRS) platform and we must be able to track it with QR code.

NOTE: Don't worry if you don't have the documents on hand, you will be able to save your progress and finish it the moment you have them all.
