The legal representatives of the companies may grant access and permissions to each employee as needed, there is no limit to this. However, we recommend always limiting the number of people who can log in to your DolarApp Business account.

To ensure the security of your account, you can assign roles to people who have access to the account:

  1. Administrators - full access to the account.

  2. Payment Operations - limited access for transactions.

  3. Card Users - limited access to view and control their assigned cards.

  4. Read Only - read access without permission to make transactions.

Only the administrator can assign, modify roles, and grant access to the account.
