Role-Based Access in DolarApp Business

At DolarApp, the legal representatives of your company can grant access to employees based on their needs.

There is no limit to the number of users who can access a DolarApp Business account, but we recommend limiting access to ensure your account remains secure.


Role-Based Access for Security

To maintain control and protect your account, you can assign specific roles to those who have access:

  • Administrators: Full access to the account, including all features and permissions.

  • Payment Operations: Limited access to make and manage transactions.

  • Card Users: Restricted access to view and manage their assigned cards only.

  • Read Only: Access is limited to viewing account details, with no permissions to make transactions.


Role Management

Who can manage roles?

Only the Administrator can:

  • Assign roles.

  • Modify existing roles.

  • Grant or revoke access to the account.


Why is This Important?

Assigning roles helps ensure that sensitive information and financial operations are only accessible to authorized personnel, reducing the risk of unauthorized actions.
