📩 How to request a limit increase?
To request an increase, please send an email to business.support@dolarapp.com with the following information:
✅ Full name and registration email (associated with your business account).
✅ Company name (to help us identify you).
✅ Details of the request (indicate the new limit you need).
✅ Documents that validate your monthly transaction volume.
📑 What documents are accepted as proof of funds?
You can attach any of the following documents:
Annual income tax return filed with the SAT/IRS..
Investor agreement.
Bank statement.
SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity).
📌 Note: For regulatory reasons, we cannot increase the limits without the appropriate documentation. Without these documents, we will not be able to process your request.
