DolarApp will be valid for those foreigners who have any official paper (like a temporary or permanent residence) within the selected countries, Mexico or Argentina.

Furthermore, if you don't have a valid Mexican CURP or Argentinian DNI, there are some other available countries that are supported for the onboarding process at DolarApp.
