Adding digital dollars to your account with dollars is very easy. To do this, we give you your own unique US account data (ACH and route number) so you can send dollars via ACH or Wire transfer. When you send USD to your account number, you receive digital dollars in your DolarApp balance.
To get started, you must have the US account data product enabled.
Once you have it enabled, topping up your account with dollars is very simple:
Choose to add digital dollars with USD. On the account screen, select the option and add balance with USD. You must have enabled the product to view your account details in the United States.
Send the payment to your account number and routing number through ACH or Wire transfer.
Within 2 to 5 days you will receive in your DolarApp balance the amount sent in digital dollars minus the cost of the transaction ($3 USD).
Here is an example:
Send $1,000 USD to your DolarApp account
You receive $997 digital dollars in your balance (the difference is the transaction cost of $3 USD)
