🙌Dolphin fully supports mobile proxies.

This means that you can:

  • Set up a link to automatically change IP to each proxy individually

  • Configure automatic IP changing at interface requests

  • Set the maximum time to wait for an IP change so that the script does not take too long to execute

⬇️ Setting the link to change IP

Go to the Proxies section of the Dolphin interface and edit the proxy you want.

On the edit page, there will be a field to enter a link to change the IP.

⏱ Maximum waiting time for a new IP

When Dolphin is tasked with changing the proxy IP before requesting another account, it:

  • Fixes the current external IP of the proxy

  • Sends IP change request by specified link

  • Waits for new IP address

  • Starts at 1 second intervals recording the current external IP of the proxy and comparing it with the IP before requesting the change of the address

  • If the current IP differs from the IP before the request to change the address, the script starts working with the account

  • If the current IP is still the same, the script pauses for 1 second and repeats the check.

Thus, if the IP change is delayed, the script will wait a certain amount of time for the IP to be changed.

However, in some cases the IP change may be delayed or even hung up.

Therefore, in Dolphin:

Go to Settings -> FB Data Update, there is an option Maximum wait time to change the IP of the mobile proxy (sec). The default value is 90 sec.

This means that Dolphin will wait for proxy IP change for 90 seconds maximum. After that the script will work with the new account at the old proxy IP.

If you changed IP before 90 seconds, the script won't wait 90 seconds and will start working as soon as it sees the new IP.

If your mobile proxies sometimes change addresses longer than 90 seconds, we recommend you to increase this parameter.

IMPORTANT!!! A low value of this parameter can cause errors when changing proxy IP. Set this value only if you are sure that your proxies react correctly to frequent IP changes and can change it quickly.

🔁Change IP before each account

If you want Dolphin to change mobile proxy IP before each request to another account, just set the IP change link when editing the proxy.

You should understand that each such request to change ip is about 10-40+ seconds of waiting and downtime. So if you hang many accounts on one mobile proxy, be prepared that there will be a delay because of ip refresh. If you have super fast proxies which change ip in less than 10 seconds, you can set them up in the settings to speed up updates:

One option is to work on mobile proxies with no ip change requests. Facebook is much more loyal to requests from one ip address through API than if you work with one ip from your browser.

But in any case, the choice is always up to you and all options need to be tested, don't forget about it😉.

By the way, if you do not use a mobile proxy, then the function "Change IP inquiries in the interface" should be disabled, as it slows down the process of updating data, because of the eternal waiting for a new IP.

🕋How many accounts can I hang on one mobile proxy?

If mobile proxy is added without changing ip via link, then you can safely hang dozens of accounts, everything will work fine.

If a mobile proxy with the change ip through a link, then there is a little more fun: One request to update the data in FB takes from 20 to 150 + seconds, depending on how many advertising campaigns you have loaded and how many ad accounts in the same social. (If you have a lot of them, it can take much longer). Let's add another 20-30 seconds to IP change request, so the total amount of time it takes proxies from 40 to 180 seconds to refresh one account.

Consider the situation that you have added 50 accounts on one proxy and set periods of automatic updates every 30 minutes. Dolphin starts to update accounts in order, let's say it takes 1 minute for each account, then it gets to the 30th account and then it turns out that it needs to update another 20 remaining accounts and the first account already requires a new update, because the set interval for update is up. It turns out that the proxy will be overloaded and the data will cease to be pulled up in time, and if you overload the proxy with any requests such as creation of FP, pixels, attaching cards or, God forbid, autoloading, then the work process will be stopped immediately. 😬

To sum it up: it is possible to work with mobile proxies, but it must be done wisely. We recommend adding accounts on one mobile proxy at the rate that 1 account takes 40-60 seconds to update. Ie if you added 10 accounts on the mob.proxy, then the periods for automatic updates must be set to not less than 4-6 minutesIf you added 30 accounts, then not less than 30 minutes.

⚠️Proxy error

Proxy error means that the request did not go through

And you need to look for the reason why it did not go through. For example: it could be because the token is broken, and sometimes updating the token helps to solve the error.

If of course the proxy is active, then contact us.

If it is not active then you need to change it, you can check the proxy here:

We recommend our clients to check their proxies with the usual and most popular checker: proxy6.net/checker

If you see a green checkmark in the column "Status" - everything is ok, if not - proxies are definitely not working and you can write to the provider for a replacement or change the provider. If it shows a green check mark and our proxy does not work in Dolphin Server, then you need to check the same proxy in any antidetector, for example Dolphin Anty

If the antidetector shows that the proxy is active, then go to the Ip or domain of your server in the browser profile using your proxy.

  • If your server opened through a proxy in your browser, then contact us

  • If it does not open, then you need to change either the proxy or geo servers, as some geo do not connect with each other: Ukrainian proxies work everywhere except Russian servers. We will not explain the reason for this. In order to make Ukrainian proxies work, you need to migrate a server to another location. Ask your supplier about the possibility to buy a server in Europe, buy a server, prepare the root access from the old server, from the new server and from your account on the panel.dolphin.ru.com. Write to our support team so we can do the migration for you.

🎣Good Profit to you!
