There are many actions that can be done with each account or all together.
Let's take a look at them:
Adding an account(s).
Before you can add them, you'll have to have them already (buy, forage, register - you do it yourself, we don't provide accounts). You can add one account or several at once.
Add one: Section "ADS Manager" - Accounts - "Add account". In the window that opens, enter the Name, token, proxy, cookies, BMa token .
The Business Manager token for Dolphin {Server} is needed for some BM operations. To get it, just load a cookie from your social account in your Dolphin {Server} account settings and click on "Get BM Token via Cookies". If you get an error there is no active BM or the cookie is invalid.If the BM token is not in the cookie you can get it manually
To get a Business Manager token you need to:
go to BM in Facebook
go to the source code of the site (ctrl + U or cmd + U)
Use text search (ctrl+F or cmd+F) to find the token.
he token starts with the characters EAAG... .
The account token has the form: EAAbskjfkafj...., all proxies are supported except 922.
You can also add a tag to the account, by which you can easily sort accounts later, or set a ban on auto update or work with comments.
Add Multiple: ADS Manager - Accounts - Add Account - Bulk Add. Use the format hint. This method is relevant if you are adding 10-100-1000 accounts at once. The most popular format: Name :: access_token :: :: http://host:port:login:password:name :: [{json cookie}] :: account password.

Make sure the proxies you added along with your account are working. You can check both in our interface and with third-party checkers
I added an account, added cookies, still ERROR, what should I do?
If you have added all the data and the ERROR status still hasn't changed to ACTIVE, try the following:
Select this account with a check mark, then click "three dots" - "Update Token". After that the status should be changed to NEW. Next, repeat the procedure, but press not the three dots, but just the "Verify Token" button. It should become ACTIVE.
If still the status has not changed, try to add these cookies to the antidetect-browser and check authorization by them, if it is not there, then authorize using the password, go to the ADS manager and add new cookies by copying them through the extension as indicated here. Do the same with the token. The account token looks like this: EAAbskjfkafj...... You can get it both through the extension and manually:
go to ADS manager
go to the source code of the site (ctrl+U or cmd + U)
use text search (ctrl+F or cmd+F) to find the token.
The token starts with the following characters EAAb... .
If authorization by cookies in any anti-detection browser was successful, and we can not get the status ACTIVE - contact support
Accepting rules
Once you've added accounts to Dolphin, you need to accept the rules of the non-discrimination policy. It's very easy to do: select the accounts by checking the boxes, click the "three dots" on the top menu, then select "Accept rules" and wait for it to complete. Even if you accepted the rules in the browser, it is better to do this point again to be sure
Updating data
To load (pull up) the advertising offices, statistics, and BMs, select the accounts by checking the boxes, click the "Update" button at the top and wait for completion. This will load the account with current information.
If the upload fails, select "three dots" - "Create a personal account". This will not create a new account, but will give FB a request to upload accounts a little differently than the data update.
Adding/Creating an fan page to an account
If your accounts are new, it is logical to assume that they do not have FP. To create an FP, you need to do the following: select the accounts with the checkboxes, click "three dots" in the top menu, and then select "Create fan page".
You can generate names for all FPs at once - the refresh button in the field above the "Category for all pages" drop-down list. set the "FP of a new type" slider if you need to create a similar FP. You can only create one FP at a time, but if you choose many accounts, you can create 1 FP on all accounts at once. You can select a category, disable notifications, upload avatars. Also, you can use spintax to randomize the name.
When everything is ready to be created, click on "Create" and wait for the result.
Fill in bio fan page
When creating a FB, you can enable bulk fill bio for new pages or bulk fill information on already created pages. Our filling is native and for FB is as relevant as possible. This is necessary for the FB to get more trust and not to bounce so often when ads are served.
Change avatar on Fan Page
Relevant for those who buy ready farm, and there is no avatar on the FP. Functionality you will find in the section "Accounts". Select an account with FP, press "three dots", go to "Change the avatar on FP" and to the desired FP upload a picture / choose from the existing ones. Simple as that!
Attach bank card
After creating the FP, you need to link the cards to the advertising offices. This is very easy. Select the accounts that you want to process, using the checkboxes, go to the tab "AD Accounts". Select the accounts that are needed, then "Three points" and “Attach bank card”.
In this window, enter a map or list of maps in this format: 1111222233334444;01/21;888;CARDHOLDER NAME;ZIP;VAT ID.
⚠️VAT ID (TIN card with 12 digits) - at the moment you can add for geo Ukraine billing.
CARDHOLDER NAME;ZIP;VAT ID parameters are optional and not all can be entered. The main thing is to keep the sequence. ZIP is for American cards and can have 5 digits. In this menu there are also parameters of currency of the cabinet, time zone, country of the cabinet and the ability to set the card as the main card immediately on the cabinet. After entering the data press "Continue" and you will get to "Data check".
It is very important to make sure that the card(s) is (are) read correctly.
⚠️Pay attention to the "Run in parallel" and "Pause between AD Accounts" sliders. This only works if you are linking cards to classrooms from different accounts with different proxies. If the cabinets are within one account, this functionality does not matter. Also, if you have, for example, 10 cards, but the cabinets for the binding of 100, you can assign the cards (on the left there are two choices). If sequentially, then the 10 cards will be tied in turn 10 times. The 1st card will be at 1, 11, 21, 31, 41 ... etc. cubicles, the 2nd card will be at 2, 12, 22, etc. If every N classrooms, the 1st card will be tied to N classrooms, the 2nd card will be tied to the next N classrooms. For example, a total of 100 classrooms, N is set to 12. For the first 12 classrooms the system will try to attach the 1st card, for classrooms from 13th to 25th the 2nd card, etc.
After selecting the desired data, click "Attach".
AD Account management
Allows you to leave inactive or unnecessary accounts in your account.
Link/Disable insta to Fan Page
Allows you to Link/Disable an Instagram account to your FP. You will also be able to create a BM on that account at the time of linking.
Create BM
Allows you to create a BM in your account. BM is an acronym, or abbreviation for Business Manager, a tool for managing all pages, advertising accounts, employees, and even fake profiles from a single location. Read more about the benefits of BM.
Why can't I create a BM in Dolphin {Server}?
Dolphin {Server} is not directly responsible for the failure to create a BM on my FB social account. Most bugs and all restrictions are put up by Facebook unilaterally. So if your account does not create a BM, it means that manually in a browser BM is unlikely to be created. We recommend doing a split test of social account providers before concluding that it is possible to create BMs in Dolphin {Server}.
Get into BM by link
Allows faster access to your BMTo get the link you need to go to Facebook under "People" click "Send Again" and copy the link for a quick invitation. You can also get this link to your email in our software. Go to the BM section and click Create invite-links
Share fan page
The function is needed for sharing (transferring fan pages) For example: You went to "autoreg" and saw a trusted fan page with age and subscribers. Such a consumable is very necessary in such times. It is desirable to transfer with all the rights and that only you own and use it.
Page appeal
Imagine that your FP banned for any reason, this method gives an opportunity to challenge the blocking of FP (this is not 100% option, but worth a try if the FP trust).
Fan Page advertising ban passed statuses for the new type of FP. The status will be shown as a check mark next to the desired FP on the "Accounts" level.
Turn off fan page notifications
This function is needed to disable notifications in the Telegram, for this FP, which you set up as indicated here. Notifications will be disabled completely for the new type of FP, for the old type the functionality will work the same way.
Turn off account notifications
Some accounts require extreme caution. In this regard, sometimes it is necessary to disable notifications on the social account, so that nothing comes to the "bell" that can "show you" the use.
Turn on/off prof mode
Enables this mode in FB, which will probably increase the traffic of the cabinet and allow faster moderation, etc.
Change avatar on FP
Relevant for those who buy ready-made farming and do not have an avatar on the FP. The functionality can be found in the "Accounts" section.

Share/Move accounts to another user
The function transfers the entire account within the team.
Gives the rights to use and track this account.
⚠️ For full work and pour the account must be exactly transferred to another user.
Transferring and sharing accounts are different actions, don't equate them. Transferring refers to the total loss of rights to an account and the acquisition of rights from the receiving party. You can only transfer accounts within your Dolphin {Server}. Sharing an account is transferring the rights to the account without a full transfer. Sharing accounts is something you can only do on your Dolphin {Server}. To shear accounts you have to: go to the "Accounts" tab, choose the accounts you want to shear (you must be the owner, not the Admin), tick the accounts you want to shear. In the menu at the top, select the "three dots" - "Move accounts to another user". Next, select the user to whom you want to transfer the accounts and confirm the action. If the transfer is successful, the accounts will disappear from you, but will appear on the user to whom you just transferred them. The same story with shering, but in the menu at the top you need to select the "Share" button, choose with whom to share, assign rights and confirm the action.
Archive / Unarchive
Allows you to remove from visibility those accounts that you want to keep, but they are not needed in work
To archive an account, you must: select the account with the check mark, click on the top menu of Dolphin {Server} "three dots" - "Archive". To remove an account from the archive, you must click on "Filters" in the top menu, select "Show Archived", select the account with a tick, click in the menu above "three dots" - "Unarchive".
Delete/Data Export
Delete - deletes the account completely and irretrievably
Export data - can be done in any specified format or printed out
Renew Token/Check Token
Sends a request to FB via API to issue a new or verify an existing Access Token.
If the status is ERROR or TOKEN_ERROR, try to add these cookies in anti-detect-browser and check the authorization them, if it does not exist, then authorize using a password and add new cookies, copying them through an extension as indicated here. Do the same with the token. If the authorization with cookies in any anti-detect browser was successful, and we can not get the status ACTIVE, please contact support.
