📝 Personal area
To get to your personal account, you need to go to the Dolphin{Anty} website and click on the ‘Login’ button on the top-right, enter your details and enter your personal account 🤗
On the site and in the personal cabinet, you can find the language switch in the top right corner. Currently, five languages are available: Russian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, English, and Chinese.
After authorization, the personal cabinet of the account is displayed. Let’s take a moment to understand what information is shown in the personal cabinet and what functionality is available😉
The first thing you can see is your account details, namely:
Email of the account
Ability to enable 2FA authentication 2FA authentication
Current plan with the possibility to change or update the plan
Expiry date of the plan, you can also renew it here
Number of created browser profiles and creation limit
Number of additional users created and creation limit
Date when the payment will be extended automatically, if earlier payment was made by card (payment will be made by the same card that was paid earlier).
If you want to cancel the autoschedule (subscription), you should press the Unsubscribe button on bottom.
🧾 How to renew the subscription ?
In order to renew (pay for) the current plan, you need to do the following ⬇️
Next to the plan expiry date, click on the ‘Renew’ button
Next, a payment window will open where you will see the plan, number of profiles, number of additional users and the plan payment period.
After that, you can choose the most convenient payment method for you.
Then you need to specify the country and postcode (optional).
Specify the company information (optional).
After that, you will see a ‘Pay’ button on the right side of the screen.
After payment is complete, wait for the Dolphin{anty} Panel link to update the plan information.
Continue working in the Dolphin{anty} application.
⏳ How long do I have to wait for payment confirmation?
If the payment was made less than 3 hours, you need time to process the payment.
When paying with cryptocurrency, you should wait for up to 10 blockchain confirmations after sending the amount. Once the confirmation is received, the funds will be credited to your account within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
The amount is higher than the amount shown 😮
The amount specified for payment at the top must be the same as the amount in your hash. All amounts shown above the amount shown on our site are the commission charged to our partner by the payment network. If you change the network, you will see that the amount may be different.
⚠️The wallet address is valid for a single transaction and is time-limited. For your next payment, you will need to request a new payment address. If you attempt to make a payment after the allotted time, the payment may be lost, and you will need to contact support to clarify the details and track the payment.
🔄 Upgrade plan
In order to upgrade the current plan, for example, to change it to a more expensive or cheaper one, to increase or decrease the number of additional users.
For any of these options, you need ⬇️
Go to the personal area page.
Log in to your account.
In the tariff plan line, click ‘Upgrade’.
Then you can select a new plan or select the current one if you want to increase/decrease the number of profile limits or increase/decrease the number of additional users limit.
After selecting the plan, the payment window will open, where you can specify the number of additional profiles (only on Free+ and Enterprise plan), the number of additional users (from Base plan and higher) and also select the payment period of the plan.
After that, you need to select a payment method.
Then specify country, postcode (optional), company information (optional).
After that, you can see the ‘Pay’ button on the right side of the screen.
After payment - just restart Dolphin{anty} 😉
ℹ️ In order to switch to a free plan for up to 10 profiles you need to perform all the actions specified in the instructions for upgrading the plan, but select the Free plan and in the payment window click ‘Upgrade’ and agree that the current paid plan is cancelled when switching to the free one.
🔐 Two-factor authentication
You can read more about two-factor authentication (2FA) in Dolphin{Anty} in this article. You can enable it, for example, by Google Authenticator or any convenient authenticator in your personal cabinet on our site.
🔒 Thanks to this feature, you can enhance the security of your account. It is advisable to use it, knowing that your data is under additional protection.
⚠️ Enabling 2FA is optional, but we strongly recommend its use. Please note that if you work in a team, you need to enable it separately for each additional user in the personal cabinet of each account.
🤝🏻 Affiliate Program
In order to see information about the affiliate program, you should click on the corresponding section in the left menu. This displays information and terms of the affiliate program ⬇️
Link to terms and conditions, along with a prompt for questions to contact support.
Personal referral link.
Number of users registered using the provided referral link.
Accumulated referral balance.
Transaction history of referral users.

💳 Billing
In order to see the history of payments, in the left menu you should click on the corresponding section ‘Billing’.
After going to this section, you can see information about payments.
This section displays the following data ⬇️
Date of payment.
Description of purchase (what plan was purchased).
Payment amount.
Payment status.
Link to ‘invoice’.
If you click on the invoice, you can view and download it in PDF format.
Example of an invoice:
☝🏻 If no company information is provided at the time of payment, the corresponding field on the invoice will be left blank.
🔑 Login history
This displays the history of all logins both via browser and the Dolphin{anty} app.
Date and time of login.
IP of the person who logged in.
Location from where the login was performed.
Login status.
This will help you understand who has used the account or who has attempted to do so.
🔗API
Dolphin{anty} can integrate with other programs using the API to automate various processes. For detailed information, you can consult the API documentation.
To create a token, you need ⬇️
Enter a name for the token.
Select its expiration period.
Press the ‘Generate token’ button.
Save it to a safe place. 🔏
This tab is used to create/delete authorization token (key) and specify the required term of its work. It is required for use in requests to API.
⚠️ The token is issued once and you cannot copy it again, you need to save it immediately after creating it.
⚠️ API requests will not work without an up-to-date and correctly stored token.
