Initially, after registration, you will be given a Free plan with 10 profiles, which you can use for an unlimited time.
All our tariffs (except Free "without additional profiles") include:
Profile transfer between accounts
Cloud synchronization and the Scenarios tab.
Working with trash bin (available only on Base,Team,Enterprise tariffs)
Profile Synchronizer (Read more about the Synchronizer in the article)
Cloud synchronization allows you to work in one account from different PCs, but all accounts will be paid. To have Cloud Synchronization working and be able to work from different PCs and all passwords and accesses were saved you need to pay the minimum tariff Free + 10 additional profiles (or the tariff you need)
Free plans have a restriction on creating accounts (1 Free account), violation of these rules - this is a violation of our software usage policy and is called software abusing.Payment of the minimum tariff Free + 10 additional profiles (or the tariff you need) in order to use the Scenarios tab.
Working with trash bin - This means that if you delete a profile in our application, you will not be able to restore it (even through the support). To work with this function you need to pay for one of the tariffs: Base,Team,Enterprise only these tariffs have this functionality.
Differences of tariffs
Each tariff from the start specifies 1 user (ADMIN), that is, additional users are nowhere specified.
Any tariff or purchase of additional users, it is a monthly payment or for a specified period of time.
Unavailable functionality
There are restrictions only for fares:
Free - The constraints are described above in the article
Free+additional profiles - Working with the Trash Bin (restoring profiles after deletion)
Additional profiles
It is possible to choose additional profiles for tariffs:
Free - a multiple of 10 profiles (no more than 50).
Enterprise - a multiple of 1000 profiles.
In all tariffs the specified number of profiles cannot be changed in any way, you can only choose from the available ones.
Additional Users
Additional users are charged separately depending on the tariff:
Free - No extra users
Base - 100 profiles - $ 10 for one additional user
Team - 300 profiles - $20 for one additional user
Enterprise - 1000 profiles - $25 for one additional userWhen you buy additional users you will have total number of Browser Profiles, but different types of access: Admin, Teamlead and User.
Admin or Teamlead add a username in the Users tab and give them a new Login, Mail, Password and Role
⚠️ IMPORTANT!!! The email of the user must not be registered in Dolphin Anty, otherwise a new one will have to be created to be added to the team. (It is also not possible to transfer the user's profiles)
Abusing Software
This means that you have logged in or created any other accounts on your device and the system has seen it all. Or you are working on a server where there are many other users besides you, and the system sees this as an Abuse. To distribute access to friends or relatives (if the user's PC already has our antidetect) is also impossible because all accounts except the main one will be blocked
Solution:
Only use your primary account, which was registered first (You can consider this account as your primary, but the system can see which account was really the first).
Pay minimum rate, for example +10 profiles for 10$, you can go to paid rate, NOABUSE promo code will be 20% off for you
Only use antik on your device.
If you use VPS or other type of servers, please contact your provider and tell them that your server is not unique. (We can not offer other options)
User access types
Admin - has rights to both his and other people's profiles. You can see them through filters and by specifying the desired user.
Teamlead - has rights to both his own and non-profiles of the users assigned to him.
User - can only access his own profiles. Own profiles are profiles created by the user or shared with him by other user(s).
You can assign rights to specific profile(s) - there are 5 permissions: View, Start/Stop, Modify, Delete, Transfer.
Accordingly, if you don't want a user to be able or not be able to do something, you have to either give or take away the appropriate permissions.
In order for Admin or Teamlead to see the profiles of their employee you need to choose in Filters the user you want and then his profiles will be displayed to you:
