Dolphin{anty} has only 3 restrictions on working with profiles:

  • Restricted functionality / Account freezing due to multi-accounting.

  • Exhausted profile limit

  • Restrictions for Windows 7/8.1 and macOS 10.15 and below

Functional Restriction / Account Freeze

If you are blocked for multi-accounting 🚫 and you see the blocking window ⬇️
In this window - at the bottom there is a button "Change main mail", you can choose one main mail for your PC with which you can safely work.
But note that this is done only once (❗) and the rest of the free mails will not be accessible from your PC 🤝🏻 (If you have already installed the main mail - you will not be able to change it, even through technical support).

What does that mean?

It means that you have logged in to some other accounts on this device or used another account earlier, and the system saw it all. Or the program is installed on a server (remote desktop, VDS, VPS) where there are many other users besides you, and the system sees it as Abuse. You can't give access to friends or relatives (if the user's PC already has our antidetect), because all accounts except the main one will be blocked. If you notice that the mail you specified is not yours and you are using a VPS/VDS type server, then you will be fine with Solution 4. If you are not using a server, but you don't know what kind of mail it is, you should write to our technical support.
It should be warned that if the main mail has already been specified earlier, it will not be possible to change it, in this case you will be able to pay for the tariff.

Important: all of this applies specifically to the FREE tariff

If earlier it was possible to work on one PC, then go to the account on another PC and see that all your profiles are in place, all your actions and authorizations on the first PC are saved and opening profiles on the second PC, now it is not available on FREE tariffs. Profiles will be empty and without data.

But the FREE plan is still available. You can use it on one PC and only 1 free account.

✅ Solution:

1. Use only the main account, which was registered the very first.(You can consider that this account you have the main, but the system sees which account was really the first.).

2. Pay the minimum plan, for example +10 profiles for 10$. How to pay?
You can go to the Paid tariff, for you will be valid promo code NOABUSE for -20% discount (for the first payment on this email).

3. Use DolphinAnty only on your device.

4. If you are using VPS/VDS type servers, please contact the provider that your server is not unique. (Unfortunately, this issue can only be solved this way or perform point 2 and pay).

❌ Restrictions for Windows 7/8.1 and macOS 10.15 and below

If you see this alert:
Warning: Google officially stops supporting Win7/8 c version of Chrome 110. From February 13 Dolphin{Anty} will not work on these OS versions. We recommend updating the software version of your PC to continue working.

Due to the fact that Google Chrome stopped working with Windows 7/8.1 and published a new Chromedriver, we have to restrict Windows 7/8 users in our software. Since our software is based on Chromium we meet their requirements. That's why the program gives different errors.
There are only two ways out:

1. Buy a Windows 10/11 virtual machine and install Dolphin Anty on it

2. Upgrade your PC to Windows 10/11
And the same for MacOS, upgrade the version of MacOS to 11 or newer.

😓 You have exhausted the profile limit

The tariff limit has been exhausted. It is necessary to delete unnecessary profiles and/or users after which the work will be resumed, or pay for a tariff on which there will be enough limit for already created profiles/users.

The tariff Free (free) is the tariff at which in your personal cabinet on the site or in the program (as indicated on the screen) in the tariff field will be no more than 10 profiles in the tariff and no more than 1 user.
Forexample: Users 1 / 1 Profiles 9 / 10

This message appears:

  • If your tariff has been changed to a paid tariff (either by you or it has simply expired, or by the operator to perform some operations) and if there is no need to pay it, you need to return to free or pay the tariff you need and continue working. You can also find out what tariff is set in the software (as indicated on the screen) or by authorizing on the Dolphin Anty website.
