To access your Dolphin {Cloud} account, hover over the menu on the left and click on the "Profile" tab

After going to the "Profile" tab, you get to your personal profile. Here you will see three sections:

  • Review

  • Affiliate Program

  • Profile settings

Let's look at each of the sections.

Types of tariffs Dolphin {Cloud}

  • Trial Pro -3 users Basic functionality + ability to create 20 bays, no limits on comment moderation and more, you can also create 20 accounts. This limit applies to the whole team.Starter (free) rate is given for 3 days from the moment of registration. A great option to test the work/speed of the cloud version and our software in general.

  • Bace - The tariff is suitable for those who do not need to create advertising (you prefer to pour advertising manually through FB) otherwise you have the opportunity to work with accounts as in Facebook but only much more conveniently and massively. For example: viewing statistics, creating FB map bindings, and exporting statistics to trackers and many more interesting features that are not available in Facebook. The Base tariff does not show the Upload ads tabFor more information about our functionality, please visit the Help Center.

  • Pro - Includes all the features of the Base tariff + unlimited ad creation (mass pouring) and also has all the possibilities of customizing ads as in Facebook + a lot of interesting features that are not in Facebook.

Review

In this section you can see general information about your account, your email, your plan, the expiration date of your plan and the number of users.

Here you can also upgrade your tariff, switch from Base to Pro or vice versa from Pro to Base, and pay for it right away.

Next, you will open a payment window, where you will need to specify the number of additional users, the payment period and then you can choose a payment method.

📌If you do not need additional users, in the corresponding field you must leave 0. If you want to add a user, then in this field enter their number, for example if you want to add 2 users, in this field enter 2, and you will have a total of 3 users, 1 default and 2 additional.

Here you can also renew your current rate

After clicking on the "Renew" button, a payment window will open, where you need to choose a payment period, select a payment method and then pay

In order to add users to your tariff, you need to click on the "Add users " button next to your number of users

After that the payment window will open, where you will need to specify the number of users you want to add, select a payment method and pay

After paying, you can add a user in the users tab

📌 You can reduce the number of users, when you renew or renew your plan, you can simply delete a user from Dolphin{Cloud} and pay with a smaller number of users. If you want to reduce the number of users, as long as you still have an active plan - contact our support team.

Affiliate Program

Next, let's look at the "Affiliate Program" section

By going to this section, you can read the terms of the affiliate program, see how many users were registered using your affiliate link and your balance.
The terms of the affiliate program: You will get 15% of all payments of your referred users lifetime. If you have сollaboration offer or need your own promo code, contact the support via a widget.To withdraw referral funds, contact support.You can read more about the conditions of the affiliate program here.

Just below you will see your affiliate link and the transaction history of users registered using your affiliate link.

Profile settings

Then go to the "Profile Settings" section

Here you can do two things:

  • Change your account email

  • Change Password

In order to change the email on your account, just type your new email in the "New email" field and click on "Save new email".

In order to change the password on your account, you need to go a little lower, then you must enter your current password, and after that, enter the new password and repeat it

When you have specified the current password and entered a new password and repeated it, click on "Update password" and your password will be changed

📌 If you forgot your password and can't log in to your account or change your password to a new one, contact the support team.
