Where do I add proxies?

Proxies can be added in two ways:

  1. When adding an account in Dolphin under Ads Manager

  2. Proxy tab

On the left side of the menu, you need to select the "Proxies" tab, and then a page with your proxies will open. In the future, it will contain all your existing proxies, which you can add and remove.

What proxies should I choose?

For Dolphin {Cloud} there are no definite recommendations for proxies, each client is free to choose the proxy he or she wants.

A good option is, 1 proxy, 1 account, but if you have mobile proxies, it will be expensive. Give preference to mobile proxies with a wide channel and unlimited traffic. We recommend putting no more than 25-50 social accounts per mobile proxy.

⚠️At the moment, Dolphin{Cloud} is able to use mobile proxies without an ip link change. The functionality to change ip by link on mobile proxies will be available in the future.

Adding a proxy via the "Proxy" tab

  1. After going to the "Proxy" section, click on "Add Proxy"

  2. In this window you need to enter your proxy, specifying its type according to the existing formats (the formats are identical as in Dolphin Anty)

    Possible formats:

*Additionally you can add :name at the end for any of formats
**Empty type at the beginning will cause HTTP type
***At the end, for each proxy, you can specify a link to change IP in square brackets

  3. After you have entered your proxy, click on the "Add" button. The proxy will appear in the general list, then you can check the connection of this proxy, specify the end date of the proxy or delete it.

If after checking the connection, the status of the proxy is "Active" - then everything is good, you can bind this proxy to your account and work. If the status is "Error", make sure that you have entered proxy data correctly and that your proxy type is correct, also check the workability of your proxy on third-party receiptsерах.

Adding proxies when creating an account

  1. Go to the "Accounts" tab in Ads Manager and click "Add Account" there.

  2. After that, you will open the add account window, where you can also add a proxy, which will be displayed in the general list under "Proxies" after adding an account

  3. Here you can bind a previously added proxy to your account, or you can enter data from the proxy in the appropriate fields and add a new proxy. Also, using the quick input field, you can enter data from the proxy in one of the formats shown a bit above

⚠️Dolphin{Cloud} requires the use of a proxy. If you do not bind a proxy when adding an account, the account will not be added.

Changing proxies

You can change the proxy in two ways:

  1. Click on the account on which you want to change the proxy, and here change the proxy for the already added, or enter the data from the new proxy and then click on "Save"

  2. Highlight the account(s), hover over the three dots at the top and click on "Change Proxy" there

📌With this method, you can change proxies in bulk on multiple accounts, as well as on a single account.

Proxy error

If you see a proxy error, which is displayed under the status of the account, it means that for this account with this proxy did not pass the request to FB.

Let's look at the possible reasons for this error:

  1. The account's token is down, and for this reason the request does not go through. In this case, you should try to update the token on the account and see if the error occurs again.

  2. If the first method does not help, then the problem is most likely in the proxy itself. If the proxy is active, but the proxy error is still displayed - contact our support team. If the proxy is not active - you need to check its functionality. We recommend our customers to check their proxies with the most popular proxy checker: Proxy Checker / PROXY6.net

If you see a green checkmark in the Status column, it means that the proxy works.

If you see a red cross - it means that the proxy is definitely not working, in this case, contact your proxy provider.

📌If the proxy is shown as active in the checker, but in Dolphin{Cloud} it does not work and shows an error - contact our support team.
