🤖Automatic work with comments
If you choose automatic work - you only need to choose what to do with the comments: Hide , Delete or Load only.
In order to select the desired action, go to the Comments tab, enable the "Process comments" function
Next, you need to select the mode of operation:
Just download
Hide all
Hide new
Delete all
Delete new
Then enter the desired interval in minutes and click Save.
⏱Choosing an interval to work with comments?
FB updates comments every 15 minutes, so you need to set a minimum of 30 minutes, if you set less - this can cause blocking work with comments in our software. It is desirable to set the time in accordance with the AutoUpdate FB data, so that the comments are pulled from FB, and then already deleted. When working with comments, we shall clean the comments only of those posts uploaded through Ads Manager and displayed in Ads, all the rest - we do not clean.
If you notice that the system does not clean or does not have time to clean comments - increase the interval of work with comments and check the correctness of tokens and update statistics in Dolphin {Cloud}.
😬Working with Trigger Words
🧐What are trigger words?
Trigger words used to filter comments moderation. For example you've specifed word "scam" as trgigger...
And now let's image that 2 comments came under your ad post:
[comment #1] fuckin scam!!!
[comment #2] How to contact with you?
Depending on trigger words mode you'll get one of two potantial results:
"Remove comments" - comment #1 will be deleted/hidden. Because it triggered by word
"Leave comments" - comme #1 will stay, but comment #2 will be deleted/hidden. Because comment #2 has no trigger words
Pay attention:
Every trigger word or phrase should be on a new line without any special chars like comma etc.
System will search trigger by entry. It's enough to specify "fuck" to trigger either "fuck you" and "fuckin scam" comments

👐Manual work with comments
If you need to manually work with comments - select Only load, enter the desired interval and click Save. For further comment moderation, go to the Comment Feed
This page will display comments on your ads. You just have to specify the period for which the comments will be displayed, by default all comments will be displayed here.
📌The ability to filter comment feeds by Account or Tag in Dolphin{Cloud} will be available soon.
Then you can choose what to do with them - hide or delete, as will be displayed if the comment is already deleted in FB.
