Problems, but Proxies in Dolphin are displayed in green

I can't change IP on mobile proxy

Usually the error, or more precisely the Information window, indicates what the site gives when you use the link. Check what the page will give in a normal browser, if you enter your link to change IP. If the link manually IP is updated, it should be updated in the Dolphin Anty. Possible problems:

1. The problem may arise if when clicking on the link, our browser needs to pass captcha or immediately gives some link before changing IP, then such a link will be with an error and we will not automatically change IP on click.

2. WebRTC technology does not change IP address on mobile proxy once a minute. WebRTC is updated once every 2 minutes.

3. If still nothing has changed, check that the Proxy utility is loaded in the "Health" section on the bottom right and its status is glowing green.

4. Also, check with your proxy provider to see if there is an IP restriction on your proxy. If there is a restriction - ask to add your computer's IP to the exceptions.

5. If nothing helps, try to install a VPN, for example http://1.1.1.1 and try to check the connection again.

6. If all this still does not help to solve the problem contact our support and be ready to provide a video of the problem + proxies themselves for the developer to analyze.

My IP is seen by sites, browser language/time is not matched by geo proxy

Under normal operating conditions, Dolphin Anty cannot affect your proxy in any way. We do not have this functionality. What can be and what you can try:

1. Check the connection at https://pixelscan.net/ (We specified this site because it always has the most up-to-date database and gives correct results).

If one of these two highlighted values is red, it means that your proxies are non-unique or on the block on some databases that almost all sites use.
2. You have the VPN extension enabled in your browser profile. You need to remove it, because when using the extension and proxy, Proxies will always be prioritized.
3. You can view the primary language here: chrome://settings/languages by opening the link in the browser profile with the proxy. The main browser language is displayed on other sites as well.

The language is set according to the geo-proxy or in "Edit profile" in the "Language" section. If the language does not coincide with the geo-proxy or with the one set by you, the real language of the proxy will be shown on https://pixelscan.net/.

And there are 2 options: either you were given bad proxies, or the proxy is simply not the country that your provider indicated to you

Low proxy speed

Under normal operating conditions, Dolphin Anty cannot affect your proxy in any way. We do not have this functionality. So most likely the problem is with the proxies themselves or the proxy provider. What you can try:

1. You can check your internet speed on any checker, in our browser.

2. You can check the connection speed on your PC, because the proxy speed is affected by the proxy provider and the speed of your Internet. For example: on the mobile Internet very often happens that the connection is intermittent and the same can be with the mobile proxy.

3. The provider has some problems and all his proxies work like that.

4. Check in any other browser.

5. Check proxies on different internet connections.

6. Check on different PCs.

7. In almost 100% of cases the problem is in the proxies themselves and you need to either wait until they start working correctly because the provider may have interruptions (e.g. due to weather in the place where proxies are distributed) or change them.

No internet in the browser or on the website

Try to open https://www.google.com

If the site opens, but the one you need does not, and you have already checked the performance of your proxies as indicated here, it is likely that your proxies are blocked and all sites may not open. There are databases on which sites rely and if your proxy is suspected, then sites will block them and therefore will not allow you to partially open them. Such proxies should only be replaced.

If there is no internet on any site: Even https://www.google.com you may be interfered by third-party software like SocksEscort, Socksifier - in case of having this program on your PC you should re-install it with LSP certificate disabled

Proxy is not being added

Errors

Connection failed

Check if your proxy provider is configured correctly, most likely the problem is with your proxy provider. If you are using Socks Escort, here is an article on how to configure it.

ValidationError: "port" length must be less than or equal to 5 characters long

It looks like you added the proxy in the wrong format, try this:

To add proxies to Dolphin{Anty}, you need to specify them in any of the formats:

*Additionally you can add :name at the end for any of formats
**Empty type at the beginning will cause HTTP type
***At the end, for each proxy, you can specify a link to change IP in square brackets

then Add when Creating a profile:

or Add separately in the Proxy section of the Dolphin Anty interface (on the left side), and then select when Creating, Editing a Browser Profile.

Check that all proxy data is filled in correctly and according to the format, otherwise proxies will not be added or will not work and may generate errors. Also check that there are separating signs between each value, as in the specified formats.

For the proxies to work properly, the browser profile must not have the VPN Extension. You can add no more than as many proxies as you have browser profiles in your plan. For example, you have a Base plan. You can add no more than 100 proxies.

To change proxies on browser profiles in bulk, you need to select browser profiles where you want to change proxies by ticking the checkboxes, select the "Change proxies" button in the bar below, select the desired one and confirm the action. It is not possible to change to different proxies in bulk.
