I set "noise" on Canvas or another parameter, but the value doesn’t change
If you set the "noise" value on Canvas or another parameter but it doesn't change, it's because Dolphin{anty} generates a value that is as close as possible to the real one, but not identical, and sends it to the website.
The "noise" parameter is tied to the profile and is not unique, so its value may repeat across different users. This is normal and helps create more natural behavior when interacting with websites.
Why does a different IP show up when checking WebRTC?
Why does a different IP show up when checking WebRTC?
The WebRTC parameter can display the real IP address if it is set to "Real" in the profile settings. By default, according to the settings recommended by our developers, this parameter is set to "Altered", which replaces the IP address with the proxy's IP address.
If, even with "altered" enabled, a different IP (not the proxy IP) is detected, you should contact the proxy provider to investigate the issue. 🤝
Can I set an OS in the profile that differs from my device’s OS?
Can I set an OS in the profile that differs from my device’s OS?
Technically, it's possible, but the question is — is it necessary? 🤔
You can set a different OS in the profile, like Windows, MacOS, or Linux, when creating it in Dolphin{anty}. However, it’s generally not recommended. Anti-fraud systems can detect discrepancies, such as differences in system fonts, that can arise between operating systems.
Currently, it’s not possible to spoof the OS completely without leaving traces, so it’s best to match the profile’s OS with the one your device is using.
Does setting a specific amount of RAM in the profile affect its performance?
Does setting a specific amount of RAM in the profile affect its performance?
The speed of websites won’t be affected. The primary factors influencing performance are the network, proxy, and the actual specifications of your device. ⚡️

Pixelscan.net detects me
If pixelscan.net detects something as suspicious in the profile, here are the possible reasons ⬇️
"Chrome version"
If this is marked in red, your User-Agent is outdated or incorrect. Update it by clicking the arrow next to the user agent field when editing the profile. How to update the User-Agent?"Detected location" and "Your IP looks"
Issues with these two points indicate a problem with the proxy. It may be of low quality, leaking your real IP, or listed on blacklists. You should consider changing the proxy."Fingerprint"
If there’s an issue with this, the problem is most likely related to fonts on your PC. The checker might detect you if you select a platform different from the one your device is running (for example, creating a macOS profile on a Windows device).Because of the differences in system fonts between operating systems, anti-fraud systems might identify the user through these parameters.

If other checkers detect you, follow these steps ⬇️
Check with a profile with default settings
Create a profile with recommended default settings to rule out the influence of extra "noises" on the checker’s result.Test in a regular browser
Run the same checker in a standard browser like Google Chrome. This will help you determine if the issue is related to your device rather than the Dolphin{anty} browser profile.Contact support
If the problem persists after all the checks and affects only Dolphin{anty} profiles, contact support for assistance and a solution. 🤝

I have an outdated User-Agent, what should I do?
It is recommended to use the most up-to-date User-Agent for browser profiles. If you notice a notification about outdated User-Agents in the "Health" tab (button at the bottom of the program window interface), you should update them.
How to update the User-Agent?
How to update the User-Agent?
Close the profile and wait for synchronization to complete.
Click on the "three dots" ⋮ next to the profile.
Select "Edit" and then open the "Advanced" tab.
In the User-Agent field, click the "Update" button.
Save the changes by clicking "Save".
Optional: You can update all User-Agents at once by opening the "Health" window at the bottom of the anti-detect interface and clicking "Update All" in the User-Agent section.
I'm updating the User-Agent, but it doesn't change. Why?
I'm updating the User-Agent, but it doesn't change. Why?
In the latest versions of Chrome, the number of User-Agents has been significantly reduced, and now they rarely differ. For the current version of the core, Dolphin{anty} uses one User-Agent per operating system. These User-Agents are based on real user data, making them as natural as possible.
I want to set the User-Agent that I've got with cookies. How can I do that?
I want to set the User-Agent that I've got with cookies. How can I do that?
Although some account sellers provide User-Agents along with cookies, we recommend using the User-Agent suggested by Dolphin{anty} for the profile to work correctly.
If you still need to set your custom User-Agent, follow these steps ⬇️
Close the profile and wait for synchronization to complete.
Click on the "three dots" ⋮ next to the profile.
Select "Edit" and open the "Advanced" tab.
Find the User-Agent field and click on it.
Edit the text by deleting the old User-Agent and inserting the one you need.
Save the changes by clicking "Save".
Can I use User-Agents from other browsers?
Can I use User-Agents from other browsers?
No, Anty profiles are based on the Chrome core, so setting a User-Agent from other browsers may lead to unexpected results. 😯
Browser Profile Setup
Browser Profile Setup
We provide only general recommendations for configuring browser profiles, as the user is responsible for any changes made to improve performance. Each website checks different parameters. 🤔
Recommendations:
It is recommended to leave the profile settings at their default values.
They were provided by our developers, are optimal for most tasks, and minimize the likelihood of creating a unique fingerprint. Depending on the tasks, some parameters can be changed, but this should only be done if the user understands their purpose and is aware that it may affect the level of anonymity.
IP — one of the most important parameters.
Always use a proxy while working in a profile. Otherwise, your real IP address will not be masked.
Buy proxies only from trusted sellers.
Make sure the IP address matches the account’s geo-location.
Choose proxies according to your needs.
The most secure are proxies with HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols. However, if you need many IP addresses for different profiles, it is better to choose mobile proxies. They are more expensive, but due to the ability to update IP, they can be much cheaper.
Keep your User-Agent up-to-date.
When updating the browser version, the User-Agent also changes. Ensure the User-Agent version matches the browser core version.
All anti-detect browsers are based on standard browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. Chrome is essentially Chromium with Google services enabled and some changes in the internal functionality.
Make sure that your UserAgent data matches the browser on which the anti-detect works. For example, Dolphin{anty} based on Chromium.
Fonts are also one of the main parameters that reveal the fact of fingerprint substitution.
When creating a profile, select the operating system of the device you plan to work from.
If you have a powerful PC or laptop, install Linux as a second operating system, then install the system fonts of the OS you need on it. Linux acts as an intermediate system between Windows and MacOS, so you can use it to smooth out differences in fonts.
Always choose a random screen resolution in each profile, for example, 1920 * 1080.
Sometimes it is worth trying to disable WebRTC.
This is a special plugin that supports video and audio transmission on a web page. To speed up work, this plugin gives web resources access to your media devices, such as headphones and a camera. Through this parameter, your real IP address can be shown, even if you use a proxy. If there is no such problem with the IP address, leave the default parameter in "Altered".
