Which country's card can I pay with?

Payments can be made with a card from any country.

For payments from Russia, select "I have a card from a Russian bank."

How long does it take for payment to be credited?

The processing time for payments depends on the bank and usually takes from a few minutes to an hour. If the payment was made but the plan hasn't been credited, please contact our support team. 🤝

Why is there a fee when paying by card?

The fee when paying by card may depend on the country due to differences in taxation, payment system rules, and issuing banks. Additional charges can arise from international transactions, currency conversion, and the specifics of payment processing, which vary across countries.

I paid everything correctly, but the plan was not credited. Why?

  • The transaction may still be processing by the bank or payment system. Wait a bit and check for the plan update in your Personal Area on the website 🔗

  • It’s possible that the plan was already activated but later returned to Free either accidentally or intentionally by the user. In this case, contact customer support to resolve the situation.

Why did I get an auto-renewal?

Auto-renewal of the subscription is enabled when paying with a Russian bank card. By subscribing to a plan, the user agrees to its auto-renewal. If the subscription is not canceled, it will be renewed for the same period and cost as before.

How to turn off the auto-renewal of the plan?

To disable the auto-renewal of the plan, you need to:

  1. Log in to your account on the website https://dolphin-anty.com/

  2. Click the "Unsubscribe" button at the very bottom, under the "Payments" section.

Payment by cryptocurrency

How long does it take for the payment to be credited?

The transaction crediting time depends on the processing by the crypto wallet and the cryptocurrency payment issuer (currently Cryptomus). If the payment was made and confirmed on the payment page, but the plan has not been credited, please contact customer support.

I made a payment to the wrong wallet, what should I do?

Immediately contact the payment service support (currently Cryptomus) to find out where the funds were sent and inquire about the possibility of a refund.

I paid everything correctly, but the plan was not credited

  • Wait until the plan is activated in your Personal Area on the website, and then restart the Dolphin{anty} application.

  • If the plan is still not activated, contact Dolphin{anty} support team and provide the payment page link (Cryptomus) as well as the transaction link or its hash. The transaction will be reviewed.

  • It’s possible that the plan was already activated but later returned to Free by the user. In this case, it’s best to reach out to support to clarify the situation.

I paid less/more than the plan amount, what should I do?

In this case, contact Dolphin{anty} support team and provide the payment page link (Cryptomus), as well as the transaction link or its hash.

The transaction will be reviewed. After that, you will be informed whether everything is in order and the plan will be activated, or they will guide you on what to do next.

I can’t make the payment within the time limit on the payment page, what should I do?

If you know the payment won’t be completed within the 2-hour limit on the payment page, it’s best to contact Dolphin{anty} support team right away. Support agents will assist you in obtaining a crypto wallet for manual payment. After payment, simply send the transaction hash to the support chat and wait for your plan to be activated.

If you have a promo code, you can enter it before making the payment in the corresponding field. Promo codes are valid for the first payment on the account.😉

When paying for any plan for 6 months upfront, you will receive a 20% discount. For a 12-month payment, you will get a 40% discount. 🔥

3) Promotions

Information about current promotions and offers will be displayed in the app, as well as on the official news resources of Dolphin{anty}. You can follow the news in our Telegram channel or on the official website.

How are days calculated?

Payment for one month is 30 days, and for a year, it’s 365 days.

If you notice that the annual subscription payment was made for 360 days instead of 365, please contact support.

Payment errors

Declined by issuing bank

The message "Declined by issuing bank" means that the transaction was declined by the bank that issued the card. This is not an issue on Dolphin{anty} or the payment system's side — the decision was made by the bank. Contact the bank for further details or use a different card or payment method.

Invalid data

Such a message may appear if the account being paid for has more created profiles or additional users than the selected plan allows. For example, if you want to pay for the Free+ plan but the account has additional users that are not available on the Free+ plan.

You need to delete the profiles that exceed the limit or remove unnecessary additional users, then check the payment again.

The plan update can be done by the team owner. It’s possible that the account from which you tried to make the payment is an additional user, which is why the attempt to change the plan failed and this message appeared.
