You have a very convenient option to pay or upgrade your plan directly in the application by clicking on the payment icon in the application interface.

This will be a full description of your current rate:

  • How many profiles added/available

  • How many users added/available

  • Rate expiration date

Change plan

In order to Change/update the current plan (change it to a more expensive one, roll back to a cheaper one, increase the number of users (add users) , decrease the number of users (remove users from the plan)), follow the steps below:

  1. Click Change plan

  2. After that a window with tariff plans will open, select a new tariff plan or change the current one.

    Your current plan parameters will be shown at once.

  3. After selecting the desired plan, you can increase/decrease the number of profiles or additional users or choose individual conditions.

    • By the way, on the Enterprise plan there is an opportunity to add profiles +100, that is, you can increase your plan by pressing ➕ for 100 profiles and make a unique plan for yourself.

      (For convenience, the amount of payment is immediately calculated).

  4. Click Go to payment if recalculation of the plan implies additional payment of the plan.

    ❗️Important❗️ The amount is indicated without payment system commission.


    Click Save if no surcharge is required, in which case your plan will be recalculated against the remaining days on your fare.

    For example:

    Was - 464 days 0 additional users

    It became - 245 days 5 additional users

  5. After that, choose the most convenient payment method for you and the term for which you pay for the selected plan, the commission of the payment system will be indicated here.

  6. Click Pay Now, then you will be redirected to the payment system's payment page

  7. In this window you will be able to track the payment for your plan.

In order to upgrade to a free plan for up to 10 profiles, you need to follow the steps outlined in the instructions for upgrading your plan. Go to the Pay now section, click on the "Change plan" button next to your current plan, select the Free plan. After that, click "Save" and agree that your current plan will be canceled when you switch to the Free plan.

Update plan

This function is designed solely for changing the parameters of the current plan.

You can renew your plan with or without a period surcharge.

In this case, your plan will be recalculated against the remaining days of the current plan.

Is it possible to do a customized plan?

Of course you can!!! This option is only available on the Enterprise plan.

How to add an additional user in the interface

After paying or updating the plan as above👆

Go to the Dolphin {anty} interface to the Users tab and click ➕

⚠️IMPORTANT!!! User's mail must not be registered in Dolphin Anty, otherwise you will need to create a new one to add to the team. (User profiles can not be transferred as well)

Select a unique password and type of access (Role) for the user. The user's password can also be changed by Admin.

How long do I have to wait for payment confirmation? (Does not apply to cards and e-money)

We would like to draw your attention that if the payment was made less than 2 hours, (our partner) needs time to process the payment.

After sending the amount, you should wait for up to 10 blockchain confirmations. On average, one confirmation takes 10-60 minutes. Once the confirmation is received, the amount will be sent to your account within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Also check if you have paid the full amount that the site has given you.

The amount is higher than the amount shown on the site:

The amount listed for payment at the top should be the same as the amount in your hash. If you see an amount higher than the amount listed on our site, this is a commission charged to our affiliate by your payment network. If you change networks, you will see that the amount may be different.

  • ⚠️ The wallet address is for one transaction only and is limited in time. For the next payment you will need to request a new account. If you make a payment after the time has expired, the payment will be lost and you will need to contact the support team to find out the details and search for the payment.


If the amounts do not add up, it means that you have not paid the commission amount.
