What is a transaction?

A transaction is any amendment made to your account. From it's application at inception to anything else during the duration of your account.

We require your financial advisor (IFA) to initiate the transaction. This complies with best practices and will guarantee you receive the best advise possible.

Once initiated, you (the account owner) will receive a notification to authorise any given transaction through the client portal or mobile app.

✨ New subscriptions and redemptions will require compliance approval before being executed. Our usual turnaround if all CDD checks are in place is same-day to 24 hours.

Transaction history for any account can be accessed through our platform, client portal and mobile app.
