🧭 What is the Code of Ethics?
The Code is a set of rules and expectations that apply to everyone at the Company—employees, officers, and directors—as well as to third parties who act on our behalf. It helps ensure that our actions always align with our values and legal obligations.
🔑 Key Principles
1. Acting lawfully and ethically: We follow the laws in every country where we operate and always act in line with our ethical standards—no exceptions.
2. Fair and respectful treatment: We treat colleagues, clients, suppliers, and competitors fairly. Discrimination, harassment, and dishonest conduct are never tolerated.
3. Avoiding conflicts of interest: We put the Company’s interests first and avoid situations where personal interests could interfere with our responsibilities.
4. No bribery or corruption: We do not offer or accept bribes or kickbacks—directly or through third parties. Any gifts or entertainment must be modest and appropriate.
5. Anti–money laundering & trade compliance: We are vigilant against financial crime, including money laundering and dealings with sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions.
6. Protecting confidential information: We respect and protect confidential and proprietary information belonging to Dominion and its clients, suppliers, and partners.
7. Responsible use of company assets: We use Dominion’s time, funds, and resources wisely and only for legitimate business purposes.
📣 Speaking Up & Reporting Concerns
We encourage all employees and partners to report concerns about potential violations of our Code. Reports can be made anonymously through our Whistleblowing Channel at: whistleblowing@dominion-cs.com
We will never retaliate against someone who raises a concern in good faith.
