Address Regions

Learn how to add a region for more complex segmentation.

Apart from the usual address fields, you may want to add some further segmentation, Country regions, boundaries, local regional teams, etc. to use for reporting.


Add a Region

  1. Open Settings, then click Configuration.

  2. Select Address Regions.

  3. Click on the plus icon to the right of the screen.

  4. Enter the name of your Region in Description.

  5. Ensure it is set to Active.

  6. Click Save Changes.

    The Region will then be available for use within your Donorfy within the Contact Details section of a Constituent’s Profile.


Reported on Address Regions in Lists

In your List:

  1. Click on the data field selector icon.

  2. Type Region into the search field: the options will then be displayed.
