The Donorfy Data Service provides secure, direct access to your Donorfy data using OData. This allows you to connect external reporting tools—such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau—to your live Donorfy dataset for analysis and custom reporting.

You must have permission to use the Donorfy Data Service in your user profile.
Enable and Connect to the Data Service
Locate your System API Key in your Donorfy settings.
Build your OData link using the following format:
https://data.donorfy.com/odata/<your API key>
For example, if your API key is abcdefgh, your data link is:
https://data.donorfy.com/odata/abcdefgh.Open your reporting tool (e.g., Excel or Tableau) and enter the OData link when prompted.
Log in using your Donorfy username and password.
Confirm that your user account has permission to access the Donorfy Data Service.
Available Data Sources
You can connect to the following data sets through the OData service:

Activities | Includes all activity records. |
Constituents | Basic constituent information, including major giving details, default contact information, and financial summary. |
ConstituentTags | Active and excluded tags assigned to constituents. |
Recurring Payment Instructions | Details about active or historical recurring payment instructions. |
Transactions | All transaction information, including payment data. |
Campaigns | Information about campaign records. |
Opportunities | Opportunity details, including pledge summaries. |
Stats | High-level summary statistics, available day-by-day, to track trends such as constituent growth over time. |
