You can manage all Facebook Fundraisers and Donate Buttons in Integrations, Facebook Giving Tools, Fundraisers and Donate Buttons.
This area provides visibility of each fundraiser/button, its attribution settings, and the donations linked to it.
View Fundraisers and Donate Buttons
Go to Integrations, click Facebook Giving Tools.
Open the Fundraisers and Donate Buttons tab.
A list of all Fundraisers and Buttons will be displayed, including summary information.
Click on a Fundraiser/Button description to expand its details.
Use the hyperlink inside the expanded view to navigate directly to the Fundraiser or Button on Facebook or Instagram.
Edit Fundraisers and Donate Buttons
You can edit a Fundraiser or Button to:
Set or update a fundraising target.
Override the default Campaign, Product, Fund, or Department used for all linked donations.
To edit:
Click Edit on the right-hand side of the selected Fundraiser/Button.
A form will open showing the current default settings.
Update the attribution or target as required.
If you change attribution, choose whether the change applies to:
Only future donations, or
All past and future donations linked to that Fundraiser/Button.
View Donations from Fundraisers and Donate Buttons
In the expanded Fundraiser/Button view, click the Donations tab.
A list of all donations linked to that Fundraiser/Button will appear.
Click a donation description to open the associated donor’s Constituent record.
Use the field selector on the right to customise the columns displayed.
🤓Tip:
Right-click and open the link in a new window so the Facebook Giving Tools page remains open.
Reassign a Fundraiser to Another Constituent
If a Fundraiser or Button is linked to the wrong Constituent, you can reassign it.
Open the Constituent currently associated with the Fundraiser.
Locate the Fundraising Pages panel.
Click Reassign next to the relevant Fundraiser/Button.
📌 Note:
Reassignment is only available for the latest items added—such as JustGiving Fundraising Pages, Facebook Fundraisers, or Facebook Donate Buttons.
Create Lists of Fundraisers and Donate Buttons
You can create Lists based on Fundraising Pages.
In Donorfy, the term Fundraising Pages includes:
JustGiving Fundraising Pages.
Facebook Fundraisers.
Facebook Donate Buttons.
This allows consistent filtering and reporting across all fundraising platforms.
