Campaigns represent the promotional and fundraising activities your organisation runs to generate support. Coding your data to Campaigns helps you track, measure, and analyse performance across all fundraising activity.
Campaigns can be linked to online donation tools, include fundable items, and be searched or filtered for easy management.
Campaigns allow you to assign every activity, donation, and opportunity to a specific fundraising initiative. This gives you clear insight into how each Campaign is performing and supports accurate reporting.
Campaigns may also have donation pages, Web Widgets, or Transactional Forms assigned to ensure that online donations flow into the correct Campaign automatically.
In addition, Campaigns can include fundable items for use in major donor or trust fundraising.
You can search for Campaigns using the search bar. Searches return results for terms starting with three or more characters, or two characters when using a wildcard (*), such as DM*.
Add a Campaign
Click Add at the top of the screen and choose Campaign, or
Open Campaigns and click Add.
You can then begin entering the profile details for your new Campaign.
