What forms of support does Doodle offer?
Our first line of support is our Help Center, which is accessible via the support widget on the bottom of the screen. Alternatively, we have an automated chatbot which uses advanced AI to solve your questions. To use the support widget, please note:
You must be logged in to your Doodle account
Cookies must be enabled on your device
Our Help Center is also available to logged out users and non-Doodle users from the footer of Doodle’s landing page.
How do I contact Doodle Support?
If you cannot find the answer to your question in the Help Center or with the aid of our AI assistant, you can contact Support by completing a brief form. In this form, you will be asked to select from the following categories:
Free Doodle
Select this option when you use the free version of Doodle.
Professional
Select this option when you have purchased a Doodle Pro account or are a member or owner of a Doodle Team or Enterprise account.
I’d like a refund
Select this to request a refund related to your Doodle Professional account.
Report abuse
Use this if you suspect abuse of the product, including receiving spam or suspicious/unrecognized links, illegal activity, or impersonation. Click here to learn more about how to report abuse.

Do I need to complete the form to contact Support?
In order to reduce waiting time for our users and get you back to scheduling your next meeting, we only provide support via email following receipt of the completed form. This also allows us to effectively gather all info we need (screenshots and screencasts) as well as all helpful links we might need to move forward.
