The Communications section in Settings controls your organization’s default communication text and email. These settings are necessary because they define how tenants, prospects, and your maintenance crew can reach you when they need support.
Default Contact Information
Handles system-generated messages between DoorSpot and your tenants/clients. You can share these details with tenants or your maintenance team so they can email or text you directly in DoorSpot. The texts and emails are directed to the Conversations space in DoorSpot and to your company email and phone number.
Branding Opportunity
Even though Communications Text and Email can’t be customized, you can still add your logo, reply-to email, and footer details to keep your messages professional and branded.
Beyond Communication settings, you can customize the public-facing reservation information. The Contacts page within Settings is Reservation Settings. This is not related to the CRM or DoorSpot Communications. Instead, it sets default contact details that display on all public-facing reservations for quick and easy communication.
By configuring Communications and Contact Settings properly, you ensure that everyone interacting with your properties has a consistent and professional way to reach you.
