The Conversations tab in DoorSpot is your hub for all active communication. Here, you can view, manage, and respond to ongoing conversations with clients, guests, vendors, and other contacts.
Instead of switching between email, phone, and text separately, Conversations centralizes all your communication in one place so nothing gets lost.
Within the Conversations tab, you can:
View Active Threads – All current and past communication threads are stored here.
Send Messages Directly – Respond to messages in real time using text (SMS) or email.
Send message templates - use the dropdown menu to access and share templates. Templates will pull information from the reservation and contact profile to fill in placeholders.
Track Replies – Every response is logged into the same thread for clear visibility.
Attach Files – Share important documents, images, or forms directly within a conversation.
See Thread History – Review previous communication to ensure consistency and avoid miscommunication.
