The Broadcasts tool in the Communications tab allows you to send announcements to multiple recipients at once. Instead of sending individual messages, you can reach groups of contacts, lists, or entire properties with a single communication.
This is especially helpful for announcements that apply to many people at the same time, such as upcoming maintenance, policy changes, or general updates.

Use broadcasts for general updates, not private or sensitive communication.
Keep your subject line and message clear, so recipients immediately know the purpose.
