Track user activity

Ensure messages are processed, delivered, sent, and opened.

You can view individual user activity from the user profile. In addition you can view Activity of all user communication from the Activity menu under the Communications tab. Each activity item provides a record of the message and when the message was processed, delivered, sent, and opened

If a message is not delivered, you will see an error notification. For example if the phone number is not correct, you will see Invalid Called Phone Number
