During the onboarding process, our team may have uploaded your inventory for you. Before taking reservations, it’s important to review and confirm your property and unit setup. DoorSpot has designed a Property/Unit hierarchy design to support diverse portfolios weather it be single-family, multifamily properties, or roommate scenarios. For multifamily buildings, individual units are organized under a shared property. For single-family homes, the property stands alone and does not require a separate unit to be added. For roommate situations, you can add individual rooms as child-units under the property or unit. Everything begins with the Property, make sure each one is accurately configured before moving forward.
