In corporate housing, the ability to quickly surface the right property or unit is critical. DoorSpot filters allow you to narrow down your inventory based on key criteria such as location, size, and availability, so you can match client requests faster and share them directly.

Use Filters

Before filtering, consider the view you’d like to work in. You can toggle between Map View and List View depending on your preference.

Table View

To see your filtering in action, manage your Table View. Use the table categories to tailor your list view by clicking Customize Table. Show only the columns you care about, like availability or number of bedrooms, making it easier to scan and select the best unit to share with prospects.

Useful Filters for Corporate Housing

Once your view is selected, you can begin applying filters. DoorSpot offers several filtering options to help you narrow down your search, including Unit Details, Location, Tenant, and Availability.

Tip: Filters stack, and are always combined with AND clauses. Each new filter, therefore, further narrows your results. Be sure to clear filters when they’re no longer needed to avoid hiding available inventory.

Saving filters ensures team consistency and saves time when handling recurring or urgent requests.

Share Filter Sets

You can also share saved filter sets externally.

This allows clients to view a pre-filtered list and book directly from the shared view.
