As an event creator or collaborator, effectively managing questions is crucial for a smooth Q&A session. Here are key features to help you keep track of the questions being answered.
📌 Pinning questions
When you start answering a question, it’s beneficial to pin it so that everyone is aware of which question you’re addressing.
Pin a question:
Navigate to the question you want to pin.
Hover over the question and click the Pin Question icon.
This action will highlight the question and move it to the top of the list.
Pinning multiple questions:
You can pin multiple questions as needed. Pinned questions are organized by the order in which they were pinned, while all other questions are ordered by the number of upvotes.
🗂 Archiving Questions
Once a question has been answered or is no longer relevant, you can archive it to keep your Q&A session organized.
Archive a question:
Go to the list of questions.
Hover over the question you wish to archive and click the Archive icon.
Access archived questions:
Navigate to the Archive tab to view all archived questions, including those marked as answered or deleted. Votes on these questions will remain intact.
Restore archived questions:
If you need to bring back an archived question, go to the Archive tab.
Hover over the question you wish to restore and click the Unarchive button. The question will then reappear live in Present mode.
