Upgrading your account
To upgrade your account, navigate to the Plans & Billing section in Workspace Settings.
To upgrade the number of participants in Standard plan,
In the Plans & Billing, click on Upgrade now.
A window will appear for you to select your desired number of participants.
You will be directed to our payment partner, Stripe, to enter your billing details.
After successful payment, you will be returned to the Dory page, and your plan will be updated!
If you are interested in our Enterprise plan, contact us to discuss details and your needs.
Configure your plan
If you would like to change participant number for your Standard plan:
In the Plans & Billing, click on Configure plan
A window will appear for you to select your desired number of participants.
If you choose higher number of participants, you will be directed to our payment partner, Stripe, to proceed with payment
After successful payment, you will be returned to the Dory page, and your plan will be updated!
Canceling Subscription
If you would like to cancel your plan, please navigate to Cancel Subscription section under Plans & Billing section in Workspace Settings. Please contact our support team for cancelation prior to the next subscription period start.
You also can contact our support team by clicking on Help from bottom-left corner of your Dory dashboard.
