Upgrading your Dory team

In this article, we cover Dory’s subscription plans, and the steps to upgrade your account.

Plan options

A comprehensive comparison of all of our plans is available at dory.app/pricing, but here's a quick rundown:

Lite Plan

Great for small & medium teams using Dory to drive engagement on all-hands and AMAs.

  • Organize events for up to 100 participants.

  • Event URLs are unique, unlisted (on search engines) and unguessable.

  • Participants can post anonymously and upvote questions asked by others.

Plus Plan

Great for medium & large teams using Dory to drive engagement on all-hands, staff meetings, and webinars.

  • Organize events for up to 1,500 participants.

  • Event access can be restricted by email domains.

  • Add collaborators to help you manage events.

  • Invite your colleagues to your Dory team as event admins.

Enterprise Plan

Great for enterprise teams using Dory for large events with up to 20,000 participants.

  • Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.

  • Advanced security features including SAML for single sign-on.

  • Make Dory available to all event organizers and teams in your org.

Upgrading your account

To upgrade your account, navigate to the Plans & Billing section in Team Settings.

To upgrade from Lite (free) plan to the Plus plan,

  • In the subscription plans table, click on Upgrade Account.

  • You will be directed to our payment partner, Stripe, to enter your billing details.

  • After successful payment, you will be brought back to your Dory dashboard.

  • You are now on the Plus plan and have access to all Plus features!

To upgrade to an Enterprise plan,

  • In the subscription plans table, click on Contact Us.

  • Share your specific needs with us through the chat widget.

  • Our team will respond to you as soon as possible!

Downgrading your account

If you are on a paid plan and would like to downgrade to a lower plan, please contact our support team by clicking on Help from the dropdown menu on the top-right corner of your Dory dashboard.
